5 improvements I have made and you should change too!

1. Go outdoors and ground yourself! This will be significant to me because I begin to feel very disconnected and isolated once i go from building to building everyday. Research points too electrons from the Earth have antioxidant effects that may protect your body from inflammation. Take off your shoes and glance at the healing power of nature.

2. Cleansing and exfoliating the skin every night is a good habit you ought to incorporate into your evening routine. You don't only feel fresh however your body will love you correctly. I always wake up with a glow if I exfoliate and moisturizes before bed.

3. Don’t become a T.V. zombie !! I prevent the T.V. when i come home from work mainly because I know I will not move through the night. When I watch an excessive amount of T.V. I became very unmotivated and lazy. Know your limits! If you are a person who gets sucked in through the T.V. then put it aside for the end with the night or completely cure it by listening to music or read a magazine instead. Statistics demonstrate that an average american spends 9.1 many years of their life watching T.V.!! THAT IS INSANE …… WHAT Can you BE DOING INSTEAD ?

4. Never eat on the couch or in bed!! This leads to overeating since your preoccupied and not paying attention to your food.

5. Lastly, hear your body and allow it to go tell you when you need to nap. Our bodies are always emailing us. We just have to be aware of the signs! Meditation permits you to clear your mind and concentrate on your body.
